LEAPFROG CEO STEPS DOWN
Sounds like there are some changes on the horizon for LeapFrog as the CEO steps down. Will this mean changes in the products and prices or just corporate changes effecting their bottom line? Will be interesting to see the results as the CEO of Orbitz takes his place…

The best price I have seen on the Odyssey III Globe is available for a short time at OneStepAhead/LeapsAndBounds.

You can find it by clicking the Holiday Surprise Sale (kids). The Odyssey III Globe is currently on sale for $99.95. That’s $40 off their regular price and lower than I could find anywhere else on the net!
From their site:
“Talking globe brings geography to life. It instructs, it quizzes–it even plays music! Most importantly, our interactive globe can spur your child to develop a life-long interest in geography and culture. By touching …

I just returned from using my cranium coupon at Toys R Us to purchase Cranium Hullabaloo at my son’s request. I’ll tell you about that game tomorrow. Looks like a great preschool educational game.
I never actually saw an advertisement for Hullabaloo, so I went on the Cranium website to read how it is played (rather than tearing open the box). I just had to hurry over to my blog to tell you that Cranium Conga is on sale for half price. Just go to the link above, the sale ad …

Although it has apparently been around long enough for new versions to come out, I just learned about the 20 Questions digital game by 20Q . I received an email from the Discovery Channel Store which was about a great toy for under $20. I then, as usual, went on a search through the internet to find out more about 20 Questions.
I read the reviews on a couple of sites and was excited to try it out myself. Phrases like, “It was right 95% of the time”, “It guessed ameoba!”, …

Canadians Stefan and Louise enjoy the fun, education and durability of wooden toys so much they decided to open their own online store. The following is what Stefan has to say about wooden toys…
Wooden Toys Are The Perfect Toys
By: Stefan Driess
With two young children, we found it difficult to find toys that were built to last, stood the test of time and maintained the interest of our children. Wooden Toys do just that, and because our children like them so much we set up a business selling wooden toys and …

I first found out about One Step Ahead when I received a catalog a few years back. I’ve since bought several items from them and have been very happy with my purchases. One Step Ahead is the original division of the company and sells products for babies (age 0 - 3 years). Leaps and Bounds is the newer division and sells products for ages 3 and up.
What I like best about this company is that their products are unique and high quality. One of the sanity savers I had purchased …

Ok, I’ll admit I was slightly wrong. I still feel that the pen in the Leap Pad is a real hassle. You still have to close it carefully in order to not pinch the wire. However, there is a plus… You can apparently buy new pens for the book.
I was at Kmart glancing through the clearance section while waiting for my prescription and what do I see? A Spiderman pen for the Leap Pad! Having 3 boys, Spiderman is always a winner and I obviously had no idea the pen …
